Voxofon LLC is a Houston-based company offering innovative and advanced IP-based communication services with an emphasis on mobile technology. Voxofon, which has been cash-flow positive ever since its founding in April of 2008, quickly distinguished itself as the company providing the widest range of VoIP services, including seamless smartphone VoIP applications, as well as applications for mobile and landline phones and computer-based calling, and Business and Wholesale solutions.

Voxofon History

Voxofon has a solid record of being consistently out front in introducing its products for the latest platforms and devices. The company was one of the first to move into the smartphone market with VoIP applications. By the summer of 2008, it offered a web-based application for iPhone™. In September of that year, Voxofon was the first to announce a very popular application for the Android&trade platform - one that offered transparent cost optimization for international calls. It followed with an identical application for BlackBerry® smartphones in January of 2009, and later that year, an application for the Palm® WebOS&trade platform.

In March 2010 Voxofon LLC introduced a completely new service for smartphones aimed at making these advanced devices family-friendly and opening a whole new market for smartphones - the family market. Voxofon Ambit* creates a personalized protective environment on a child's phone. Essentially an ecosystem that is planted on a smart device, Ambit allows parents to protect their children when they are using a smartphone. Ambit is a one-of-a-kind mobile-based family-oriented communication software that combines a beginner social media program with parental control.
